We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days some items may be available for immediate delivery. Please note that all of our jewellery is hand made in our shop and dispatch times may vary.
An order under £50 post is recorded first class uk only at £4.50
An order over £50 will be posted special delivery at £6.00
Orders over £100 the postage will be free to the customer at no additional extra charge.
All international orders postage Air sure tracked and traced or air international signed for at £9.00.
European orders sent via Air mail at £9.00 at the present but may be subject to change.
Any goods purchased from The Black Pearl found to be unsatisfactory may be returned boxed and in the original condition within 30 days. We offer all our customers a full refund if they are unhappy with the product minus postage costs. you must return your order to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure that the item/s are adequately insured during the return journey. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the item/s and that they are returned to us in the original boxes. All postage charges will be refunded if we see that the item is indeed faulty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where you paid for an order by payment card or PayPal, refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card or account from which the money was originally debited.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
